The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing electrical components or systems for commercial, industrial, or military use. This role involves preparing technical drawings and specifications, developing detailed plans and cost estimates, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications during various stages like manufacturing and installation.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-5 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on mixed circuit design
Experience with IPC and Military standards circuit card design specifications
Proficiency in PCB design, including experience with PCB layout tools (e.g., Cadence Allegro)
Experience creating statement of work to include detailed electrical circuit design, circuit level analysis, support qualification testing, preparation of test procedures and reports, and supporting hardware production manufacturing
Familiarity with the challenges of taking a product from design through to production
Hands-on lab experience with hardware bring-up and debug
Strong electrical engineering fundamentals including analog and digital design
Experience working with dynamic multi-functional teams
