Description
DLR Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas to participate in the design process of electrical building systems. The role involves developing electrical designs from concept through construction, preparing detailed drawings and reports, and coordinating with other disciplines. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, 5-10 years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial architecture, and passing the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Preferred qualifications include previous experience with a consulting engineering or A/E firm, a Licensed Electrical Engineer registration in Texas, experience with BIM workflow, sustainable building design interest, and lighting/low voltage design experience.
