Description
Excel Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to perform third-party field evaluations of unlabeled electrical equipment according to nationally recognized standards. The role involves interfacing with clients to develop scopes and estimates, managing multiple equipment evaluation projects, preparing construction documents, developing electrical plans, specifying and selecting electrical equipment, designing protection schemes, overseeing field site visits, and providing commissioning support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in power system modeling software like SKM PowerTools or ETAP, and familiarity with various electrical codes such as NEC and NFPA.
