The role involves solving challenging technical problems related to electric utility risk mitigation, electrical failure analysis, and litigation/patent matters. Responsibilities include performing engineering analysis, supporting electric utility projects, developing software tools, conducting laboratory/field investigations, preparing technical proposals, and pursuing business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, strong technical experience with electric power systems and electromagnetics, hands-on Python programming experience, and proficiency with data engineering concepts and visualization tools.
