Faith Technologies, Inc. is hiring an Electrical Engineer to support its Product Engineering team in Menasha, Wisconsin. The role designs and specifies electrical and electromechanical components, assemblies, sub-systems, and system architectures for renewable-energy, microgrid, EV-charging, crypto-mining, and data-center products. Responsibilities include component selection, wire harness creation, 2D and 3D design, schematics, bills of materials, change notices, compliance documentation, prototype and production support, supplier integration, and service assistance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, internship or six months of work experience, CAD knowledge, electrical-circuit and PLC knowledge, and bill-of-materials experience; it is onsite, Monday through Friday, with 10–25% travel.
