Description
The Electrical Engineer will provide technical guidance for assigned electrical engineering projects at Morenci’s open-pit copper mining complex, support senior engineering efforts, manage small-to-medium construction and modification projects, administer vendor contracts, evaluate capital funding requests, and contribute to site planning, safety, efficiency, cost, quality, and environmental controls. The role requires an advanced degree or Professional Engineering certification, extensive power systems and industrial electrical experience, knowledge of electrical equipment and schematics, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SKM, and relay software.
