Forge is hiring an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and validate reliable electrical systems for its 25 MWe nuclear reactor, including instrumentation, sensing, control-rod actuators, electromechanical systems, and plant electrical architecture. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline and at least one year of relevant engineering experience, with experience in trade studies, signal conditioning, high-reliability harnessing, and complex electrical systems preferred. The position is full-time and office-based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, requires relocation if not already local, and includes extended hours, weekend work, and travel to reactor construction sites. Compensation is $115,000–$130,000 per year for Level I and $125,000–$150,000 per year for Level II, plus equity and other benefits.
