HMH is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical training and competence assessments. This role involves building subject matter expertise, identifying performance criteria, selecting appropriate training delivery methods, and creating classroom/web-based training materials. The engineer will also assess and evaluate training materials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering instructor-led and facilitator-driven training sessions. Collaboration with subject matter experts and continuous learning are essential aspects of this role.
