INSPYR Solutions is hiring a direct-hire, permanent Electrical Engineer – Servers in Houston, Texas, to support the diagnosis, failure analysis, repair, testing, and continuous improvement of AI servers, GPU platforms, server motherboards, power systems, networking hardware, and other high-performance computing equipment. The role leads engineering investigations, root-cause analysis, CAPA and FMEA activities, NPI readiness, technical training, and automation opportunities, while providing guidance to engineering technicians and supporting customer audits and escalations. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of electronics manufacturing, server repair, OEM manufacturing, or high-technology service experience are required; AI server experience and a master's degree are preferred.
