NOV South Africa is hiring an Electrical Engineer in Port Elizabeth, Gqeberha, to design, develop, and lead electrical and control systems for rig equipment. The role covers PLC control cabinets, field instrumentation interfaces, industrial communication networks, electrical drawings and documentation, component selection, FAT and SAT support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics, at least five years of experience designing electrical and instrumentation control systems, and experience with PLC control cabinets, field instrumentation, industrial communication protocols, and FAT or commissioning.
