Description
OpenAI is hiring an Electrical Engineer to develop next-generation robotic systems across the full hardware lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through circuit design, PCB layout, bring-up, validation, integration, and deployment. The role owns electrical architecture for compact electromechanical systems, designs and validates integrated hardware, resolves issues through root-cause analysis, and collaborates with mechanical, firmware, software, controls, manufacturing, and research teams. The position is based in San Francisco, California, and requires in-person presence four days per week.
