Peak Energy is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer for its Energy Storage Systems Engineering team in Burlingame, California. The role owns the electrical architecture and high-voltage systems for next-generation battery energy storage platforms, including battery management and supervisory control architecture, schematic and PCBA design, integration, testing, validation, and production readiness. The engineer will also define component strategies, design practices, and cross-functional technical direction. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least five years of professional electrical engineering experience including high-voltage systems, and proficiency with tools such as SPICE, Altium, and MATLAB. The salary range is $160,000 to $220,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
