Description
Picogrid is hiring an Electrical Engineer to design, build, and deploy mission-critical hardware systems supporting U.S. defense operations. The role owns the full hardware lifecycle from rapid prototyping and validation through production and field deployment, working with software, mechanical, and deployment teams on embedded systems, mechanical integration, and high-reliability design. Candidates need at least two years of industry experience designing and releasing custom PCBAs into production, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and expertise in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, power electronics, and PCB design. The position is based in El Segundo, California, with a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
