Description
Pilgrim is hiring an Electrical Engineer to own electronics and embedded systems across its products from concept through mass production. The role covers PCB design, mixed-signal circuits, sensing and power management, board bring-up, debugging, wire harness integration, and collaboration with mechanical, firmware, software, and systems engineers. The engineer will also travel for live demonstrations, field testing, and operator feedback sessions. A B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred, but a formal degree is not required; a portfolio of independent hardware design and prototyping projects is required, along with experience in PCB design, mixed-signal design, complex PCBAs, multi-domain debugging, lab instrumentation, and communication protocols.
