Shield AI is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer for its Hardware Test team to design and automate test systems for UAV components and subsystems. The role covers power electronics, RF, communications, system integration, PCB design, custom test fixtures, Python automation, and environmental testing such as HASS, ESS, and HALT. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience, a strong multidisciplinary engineering foundation, and experience in complex hardware projects; Python, PCB design, CAD, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
