Description
The Electrical Engineer will design, support, troubleshoot, and improve electrical and control systems for plastic extrusion manufacturing. The role covers PLC, HMI, drive, motor, sensor, heater, and temperature-control systems; extrusion, cooling, conveying, cutting, and packaging equipment; startup, commissioning, validation, schematics, documentation, safety compliance, preventive maintenance, and integration of VFDs, servos, data systems, and industrial networks. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 3–8+ years of industrial electrical or controls engineering experience, with plastic extrusion or continuous-process manufacturing experience preferred.
