Description
Tiffin Motorhomes is hiring an Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for RV floorplans from concept through production. The role involves ensuring compliance with RVIA, NEC, ANSI, NFPA, and other standards; collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, service, and vendors; reviewing 3D models; managing BOMs and engineering changes; troubleshooting pilot builds and production issues; and supporting continuous improvement, quality, safety, and accuracy. Candidates should have at least one year of electrical design experience, familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of electrical systems, routing, and manufacturing processes.
