Description
WSP is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its Newcastle Mining team and support mining, minerals processing, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role involves electrical design, power distribution and substations, HV/LV systems, studies, concept development, FEED, detailed design, calculations, documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, design reviews, site inspections, commissioning, and client communication. Candidates should have an Electrical Engineering degree, approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience, power-systems design experience, knowledge of Australian Standards, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
