Description
The Electric Distribution Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of Wisconsin’s electric distribution system. The role handles emergency outages and service restoration, monitors EMS, DMS, SCADA, DDS, and other systems, approves switching requests, prioritizes and dispatches work, responds to customer and public authority calls, and supervises field and dispatch operations. It requires extensive electric distribution education and experience, rotating shifts, emergency response, and strong communication and computer skills; prior team-lead or supervisor experience is preferred.
