Description
The Electrical Engineer in the Stations group reports to a Senior Engineer and is responsible for designing electrical power systems, equipment, and facilities from conception through completion. The role covers electrical substation layouts, grounding, foundations, controls, protection, metering, schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and material specification, with work spanning transmission and distribution, power generation, industrial, and renewables sectors. The position requires an Electrical Engineering degree or related engineering degree, or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, along with strong power engineering, drafting, analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
