Description
Orenda is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer, Development to support its Project Development team on battery energy storage projects. The role reviews EOR design packages, enforces design standards, manages milestone QA/QC, coordinates RFIs and vendor submittals, manages electrical interfaces, maintains decision-grade documentation, and supports constructability and cross-functional readiness. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of electrical codes and equipment, and strong document-control and communication skills. The position is based in Brooklyn, New York, with regular travel to project sites in the New York City area.
