Moffatt & Nichol is hiring an Electrical Engineer for its Walnut Creek or Oakland office to support planning, design, and production of general electrical engineering work for waterfront infrastructure projects. The role covers medium- and low-voltage power distribution, lighting, lightning protection, grounding, communications, switchgear, selective coordination, arc flash studies, project specifications, and quality assurance. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required, with a master’s degree preferred, along with at least two years of related experience or entry-level experience in the listed areas and working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit. The position pays $45.00 to $60.00 per hour for candidates working in California markets and includes healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
