Description
SpaceX is hiring an Electrical Engineer, Facilities Infrastructure to support the design, operation, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of facility and onboard electrical systems. The role covers power distribution, switchgear, lighting, grounding, UPS, generators, transfer switches, power monitoring, and control systems, while coordinating with local utilities personnel and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline and at least one year of professional experience; it also requires Space Force background checks, willingness to work extended hours and weekends, outdoor work in varied conditions, physical lifting, and travel between launch sites. ITAR eligibility is required.
