Northwood is hiring a Fleet Operations & Reliability Engineer to own uptime and performance for a global network of phased-array ground stations. The role combines hardware deployment, troubleshooting, telemetry and incident response, root-cause analysis, network operations, and field campaigns, with opportunities to travel to domestic and international sites. The position is based at Northwood’s Los Angeles headquarters and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline plus experience with complex electrical or mechanical systems.
