Description
The Hardware Sustaining Engineer will conduct Bill of Materials scrubs, recommend and qualify alternate components, perform change impact analyses, author and execute engineering change orders, coordinate firmware and software validation, and lead 8D failure investigations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, at least five years of hardware sustaining, product, or test engineering experience, and proficiency with schematic capture, PCB layout, CAD, PLM/PDM, and quality tools. It is a full-time on-site position in New York with a salary of $110,000 to $120,000 and health, dental, and vision insurance.
