BlueWave is hiring an Electrical Engineer I to support the design and calculation packages for solar photovoltaic and battery storage projects from site identification through project development and construction. The role reviews plans, calculations, equipment specifications, energy estimates, and commissioning procedures; coordinates with development and grid integration teams; manages RFIs and submittals; and performs wire sizing, fusing, grounding, and power-study calculations. The position requires an electrical engineering bachelor’s degree, at least two years of relevant experience, an FE license, and proficiency with ETAP or SKM, among other qualifications. The anticipated salary is $95,000–$110,000 per year plus bonus, with hybrid work and benefits including subsidized medical insurance and fully paid dental and vision coverage.
