Description
Torus is hiring a Power Electrical Engineer to design, assemble, install, commission, and maintain electrical systems for energy storage, energy management, low-voltage power distribution, grid-tied inverters, motor drives, protective relays, automatic transfer switches, and AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion at 1000V or below. The role includes electrical schematics, short-circuit and load-flow studies, protection coordination, code compliance, testing documentation, and collaboration with firmware and automation engineers. It is a full-time, salaried position based onsite at the GigaOne warehouse in Salt Lake City with some remote work and occasional travel to other warehouses.
