Description
AECOM is hiring an Electrical Engineer III for its Traffic Engineering Design/ITS Group to work on Intelligent Transportation Systems and roadway lighting design projects. The role covers electrical design, photometric and load calculations, fiber-optic and wireless systems, traffic signal design, ITS infrastructure, AutoCAD and MicroStation drafting, specifications, grounding analysis, coordination, documentation, client meetings, and technical seminars. The position is hybrid and reports to the Piscataway, New Jersey office, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus four years of relevant experience, New York or New Jersey professional engineer status, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
