Description
The Electrical Engineer III performs electrical power, lighting, and low-voltage system engineering for construction projects under the supervision of an Engineering Team Leader. Responsibilities include calculations, technical drawings and specifications, project layouts, field surveys, problem-solving, customer coordination, inspections, reporting, software engineering, and guidance of junior engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in electrical or architectural engineering, 8–12 years of progressive electrical engineering experience, PC and Microsoft Office proficiency, AutoCAD/Revit knowledge, and NEC knowledge. Travel is 5–15%, and the schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible work outside those hours.
