Description
CoVolt Power is hiring an Electrical Engineer Manager to lead electrical engineering teams on utility-scale transmission and distribution substation projects from 34.5 kV to 500 kV. The role oversees conceptual design through detailed engineering, procurement, construction coordination, commissioning, technical leadership, resource allocation, client relationships, quality and safety compliance, and staff development. It requires a PE license, a bachelor's degree in electrical or power engineering, a master's degree preferred, and 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with significant substation design experience and 5+ years of engineering team and project leadership experience.
