Description
Textron Systems is hiring an Electrical Engineer Manager to lead the design and development of advanced electronic controls for a space-grade defense program. The role owns the technical execution of a major electronic development effort, mentors Electrical Engineers, oversees hardware design and qualification, manages engineering schedules and budgets, coordinates with systems and cross-functional teams, and supports customer engagements and design reviews. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 10 years of relevant engineering experience including 2 years in leadership or project lead, electronic system development expertise, and an active U.S. security clearance.
