Progressive Design, Inc. is hiring a full-time, direct-hire Electrical Engineer for its Midlothian, Virginia area. The role performs electrical design for power distribution, machine control, and instrumentation and control systems; develops project documentation, cost estimates, materials lists, specifications, schedules, and deliverables; performs fieldwork and constructability reviews; and collaborates with project managers and engineers. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, at least five years of relevant heavy-industrial experience, AutoCAD experience, and Microsoft Office knowledge. The position offers a $90,000–$150,000 salary range, medical benefits, paid time off, a 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
