NETSEA Technologies is seeking an onsite Electrical Engineer to lead the design, fabrication, qualification, and production release of MIL-STD/MIL-DTL electrical connectors for the Prototype Integration Facility at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The role involves translating emerging technology requirements into connector prototypes, overseeing metalworking and injection molding, ensuring compliance with military specifications and testing requirements, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with government, quality, production, and program stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent hands-on experience, connector design and fabrication experience, and either an active Secret clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
