Description
The Electrical Engineering Lead owns electrical design and system architecture for electromechanical products, including motors, VFD-driven systems, power electronics, control and communication interfaces, schematics, PCBs, and BOMs. The role leads integration, testing, validation, EMC/EMI compliance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project delivery, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, typically 5–8+ years of electrical design experience, and the ability to work in lab or manufacturing environments.
