Description
The role is responsible for full-cycle propulsion-board design, including schematic capture, high-density PCB layout, component selection, bring-up, testing, debugging, and integration with propulsion systems. It also covers flight-controller, power-distribution, motor-controller, and electromagnetic-actuator circuit design; circuit simulation, worst-case and thermal analysis, DFMEA, component derating, design verification, qualification, and functional testing; and collaboration with mechanical, thermal, software, test, quality, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams. The position requires a BSEE, at least five years of complex-board design experience, proficiency with Altium Designer and LTSpice, laboratory-test-equipment competence, familiarity with standard interfaces and MCU/CPU architectures, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance.
