Description
NOV is hiring an Electrical Engineer to support the development and upgrade of advanced crane and lifting equipment, including offshore and wave-compensating cranes, custom winches, and remotely operated or autonomous lifting systems. The role involves engineering upgrades, supplier and customer technical clarifications, preparation of testing and installation documentation, and technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning, with some travel expected. Candidates should have higher education in electrical engineering or instrumentation, with offshore or maritime experience and EPLAN or AutoCAD experience advantageous; Norwegian and English communication skills are required.
