Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a full-time Photonics/Fiber Optics Integration Lab Hardware Design Lead in Fort Worth, Texas. The role leads hardware engineers, technicians, and MITL/HITL hardware engineers; drives technical direction and growth for photonics and fiber-optics lab equipment; develops schematics, drawings, parts lists, and configuration controls; coordinates procurement, vendors, fabrication, quality assurance, and EVMS; and ensures compliance with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics quality standards. The position requires an engineering degree, hands-on photonics/fiber-optics design experience, and team-leadership experience, with a secret clearance and special facility access required. The salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
