North Atlantic Industries is hiring a Sustaining Engineer to support the performance, reliability, and lifecycle of high-reliability embedded electronic systems, with emphasis on analog and mixed-signal circuit design and synchro/resolver technologies. The role includes troubleshooting legacy and production hardware, performing root-cause analysis and CAPA, designing and validating analog circuitry, updating engineering documentation, qualifying replacement components, and supporting production debugging. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, 3–7+ years of electronics engineering experience with analog circuit design, and direct experience with synchro/resolver technology. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a Monday-to-Friday day-shift schedule, and a salary of $90,000–$120,000 per year.
