XP Power is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to own in-production engineering for SMPS products and lead reliability, quality, cost, manufacturability, root-cause analysis, component lifecycle, compliance, and production support across global manufacturing partners. The role covers product testing, failure analysis, debug and verification, test planning and automation, value engineering, FMEA, and documentation, and requires an electrical or electronic engineering degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong analogue, power, digital, testing, and electronics design skills.
