EREMA Group is hiring an Electrical Engineering Apprentice Trainer to provide specialist training and practical support for apprentices in electrical engineering. The role includes teaching technical skills, contributing to training plans, supporting individual development, conducting feedback discussions, collaborating with trainers and vocational schools, and creating a motivating learning environment. Candidates should have completed technical training in electrical engineering, strong technical knowledge, teaching skills, and enthusiasm for working with young people; initial apprenticeship-training experience is preferred. The gross monthly salary is at least €3,396.21, with additional employee benefits.
