Michael Baker International is hiring a full-time Electrical Associate I to work from its San Diego, California office as part of an Electrical Engineering Design Team. The role develops electrical design drawings and supporting calculations for industrial facilities, prepares construction specifications, supports technical proposals, and coordinates with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required, while EIT licensure and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, Visual Pro, AGI, BIM, fire alarm design, or instrumentation and controls are preferred. The position offers an annual compensation range of $68,493 to $98,887 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
