Description
PrimeComp is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Principal Engineer for a consulting assignment in power engineering and medium- and high-voltage substation projects. The role leads electrical design and engineering, controls, automation, and relay protection systems; prepares and reviews technical documentation; evaluates equipment and supplier quotations; provides technical guidance; supports FAT, installation, and commissioning; and coordinates interfaces across disciplines, suppliers, and project organizations. The position is based on-site at a customer’s premises in Västerås and requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical or power engineering, at least six years of relevant experience, fluency in Swedish and English, and strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
