Frielingsdorf GmbH is placing a permanent electrical engineering department manager directly with a client in the metal, energy, wind energy, chemical, or electrical industry. The role leads up to 20 employees, develops electrical engineering processes and staffing, coordinates with construction managers, supports apprentices, and serves as a contact for customers and stakeholders. Candidates need electrical engineering training, further master-craftsperson training, initial technical leadership experience, a class B driver’s license, and willingness to work on site daily.
