The City of Hamelin is hiring an Electrical Engineering Engineer for its Central Building Management department, which supports the construction, renovation, and maintenance of municipal buildings. The role involves coordinating electrical engineering services, reviewing designs, managing project documentation and costs, overseeing HOAI service phases 1–9, defining execution standards, handling funding applications, and supporting electrical and general building maintenance. Candidates need a technical or scientific engineering degree, knowledge of relevant German construction and electrical standards, CAD and MS Office skills, and experience with large-scale projects. The position is a permanent full-time role with possible part-time suitability and remuneration under EG 11 TVöD plus a professional skills allowance of up to €450 per month.
