Berliner Wasserbetriebe is hiring an Electrical Engineering Engineer focused on electrical power engineering for its Planning and Construction—Works division in Berlin. The role independently plans and supervises complex electrical systems, including medium- and low-voltage systems, transformers, UPS and on-site generation, emergency power, fire and lightning protection, and switchgear, while coordinating grid connections and managing technical documentation, quality assurance, project engineering, and external engineering offices. The position requires relevant university education and professional experience, knowledge of German technical and procurement regulations, project and quality management skills, familiarity with specified software, and a class B driver’s license. It is a permanent position starting 01.03.2027, with a 39-hour work week and possible remote work of up to 60% per quarter.
