CSE Uniserve is recruiting for a two-year structured graduate program based in Port Melbourne, Victoria. The role provides rotational or placement experience across electrical protection, automation, monitoring, diagnostics, equipment design, electrical testing, hardware and software support, and customer-facing product communication. Candidates must have an Electrical Engineering degree, strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, task prioritisation, and the ability to commute between multiple work locations; prior electrical or telecommunications experience is highly regarded but not essential. The program includes mentoring, leadership development, performance progression, and interstate travel to sites and customers.
