McKim & Creed is hiring an Engineering Group Manager (Electrical PE) in its Orlando, Florida office to lead and oversee electrical engineering design services for multi-discipline projects, serve as the client interface, manage project resources and budgets, and build and develop the engineering team. The role also includes business development, proposal preparation, design deliverables, permit submittals, and compliance with applicable design standards. Candidates need at least 8 years of professional experience, PE certification or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity, and experience with building power, lighting, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems; healthcare or university experience is preferred.
