McKim & Creed is hiring an Engineering Group Manager (Electrical PE) for its Buildings, Energy and Infrastructure Business Unit in Nashville, Tennessee. The role leads electrical engineering design and technical services, serves as the client interface, manages project resources and budgets, develops business, recruits and mentors engineering and administrative staff, and prepares proposals, design drawings, technical specifications, and permit submittals. The position requires at least 8 years of professional experience, PE certification or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity, and experience with building power, lighting, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems; healthcare or university experience is preferred.
