McKim & Creed is hiring an Engineering Group Manager (Electrical PE) in its Nashville, Tennessee office to lead electrical engineering design and technical services for multi-discipline projects, serve as the client interface, manage project resources and budgets, and build and develop the engineering team. The role also includes business development, proposal preparation, design deliverables, and compliance with applicable design standards. Candidates need at least 8 years of professional experience, PE certification or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity, and experience with building power, lighting, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems; healthcare or university experience is preferred.
