Description
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is hiring a Power/Electrical Engineering Intern in Pullman, Washington. The intern will develop knowledge of SEL processes and technologies, conduct applied research and design experiments using power-system equipment and software, document test results, and provide technical support to staff and customers. The role is part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer, with both undergraduate and graduate students eligible. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and have at least two to three years of undergraduate electrical engineering studies, practical knowledge of three-phase power systems, and working knowledge of modern test equipment. MATLAB or Python programming, signals and systems, and power-system modeling software experience are preferred. The pay range is $24.25 to $33.00 per hour.
